โ–ถSummary

The idea for our project emerged in the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, when conducting activities, such as hobbyist artistic endeavors (e.g., choirs, rural clubs, painting and music worksh...

โ–ถObjectives

Through our project, we aimed to develop solutions that would enable the continuation of amateur artistic and cultural activities during the pandemic. On one hand, our goal was to find ways to support groups dedicated to preserving the artistic heritage of their regions. On the other hand, we sought solutions that are currently useful and supportive in facilitating such activities. Our overarching objective was to assist organizations working towards the artistic legacy of their regions and those supporting older individuals, allowing them to engage in meaningful cultural and artistic activities, ensuring valuable leisure time during the pandemic.

โ–ถActivities

Our international project meetings played a crucial role in the structure of our work. The first meeting was organized as a kick-off in Poland. The objective of this meeting was to streamline our work and create necessary tools for the effective management of the project. The second international meeting, which had an evaluative character, took place in Portugal halfway through the project's duration. Its main tasks included assessing the progress of work and sharing recommendations and comments among the project partners. As part of the project, we organized a training course in Cieszyn. During this event, we focused on delivering courses available on our e-learning platform and developing proprietary teaching programs, with the platform playing a pivotal role. Furthermore, we conducted a series of dissemination meetings for the project in each of our partner countries. Throughout the project's duration, we concentrated on working towards the defined outcomes. We engaged with representatives of the target groups, held intensive discussions, modeled the platform, and created content. These actions were crucial in adapting the project's assumptions to real needs and shaping the platform according to user expectations.

โ–ถImpact

The main outcome of our project is the Creart Base e-learning platform, through which we have created a free and user-friendly space for educators to share their activities and remote work with their students, enabling the sharing of materials and promoting their work on the international stage. The outcome is available in English, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, and Slovenian, allowing its utilization by a broad international community.
