▶Objectives
Our goal was to enable the exchange of effective strategies between teams from partner organizations and to provide space for dialogue and comparison of different approaches to working with adults in the cultural field. We also aimed to expand the competencies of educational staff with new skills in organizing artistic events and to strengthen the educational offerings of the organizations with methods of adult inclusion. We aimed to establish long-term cooperation between partner organizations, to develop and strengthen a transnational network. We intended to encourage adults from the three partner countries to create and organize artistic events, promoting their social inclusion through creativity and art. We aimed to promote the Erasmus+ program to all generations and to exchange methods of including adults in cultural life, both through the use of online culture and learning to use new technologies.
