▶Objectives
The main goal of the project was to meet the common needs of the partners to increase the participation of people with fewer opportunities in the education and training offered by the partners. This was achieved by preparing a description of competences and educational materials to increase the skills of educators in the following areas: • reaching people with fewer opportunities, • motivating them to start and continue learning, and • advisory support in order to introduce them to the path of lifelong learning.

Key activities: TASK 1: Description of competences of educators of people with fewer opportunities 1. Analysis of existing data 2. Expert workshop - preparing a description of competencies 3. Consultation on the description of competencies 4. Preparation of the final version of the competency description, including an online expert workshop. TASK 2 EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS FOR ADULT EDUCATORS 1. Development of educational materials (thematic modules, podcasts, scenarios, infographics, case studies) 2. Testing the final version of the materials. International meetings of partners (including online meetings) Dissemination conferences and seminars Testing workshops Expert workshops.
