▶Objectives
Participating Organizations wanted to raise awareness on the importance of Biodiversity and living organisms; in each mobility students from Poland, Portugal, Italy, Spain and Turkey discovered different endangered animals and in small multinational groups discussed the solutions of further survival for them. We wanted to get experiences in a non-formal way that helps our students to connect with nature while maintaining the importance of biodiversity. Students and teachers compared the different school systems. All schools are implementing new teaching methods to make students active learners and make education accessible and create equal opportunities regardless of where people live and what their financial status or personal circumstances are .The visit to the different schools opened their eyes to new realities. The partners concentrated on how knowledge and experience about distributed and distance learning models could be transferred between the partner countries and how such models can be integrated into the education system to better support higher education and lifelong learning.. Students significantly improved their communication skills and interpreted concepts, thoughts, feelings, facts and opinions .
▶Impact
Pupils worked in international teams to research on sustainability and biodiversity, made the hackathon, voted for the slogan of the project and tried to present solutions to partner countries; we had presentation meetings, evaluation meetings, webinars with presentations. Together in international teams, and with a coordinator teacher, the decisions were taken in group and with everyone's collaboration. We used technology to create in students the motivation for discovery and as a way of disseminating results therefore we used different resources to enrich the activities and improve the students; digital skills: we used book creator, mentimeter, genially, prezi, animator, powerpoint, storyjumper, padlet, Kahoot. quizizz, google.docs, surveymonkey. We tried to diversify in order to maintain the students interest and applied each platform to the final objective/product. We got concrete outputs: certificates, kahoots and games presentations videos learning scenarios brochures a Bio - friendly magazine in 5 languages ebook with all activities done. Learing/teaching materials for scince, geography, biology, English and citizenship lessons.
