▶Objectives
The main purpose of the 'Prototype' project was to examine the problem of 'school-based bullying', its reasons, a devastating impact on a school society and to introduce tailor- made outputs and innovative strategies to fight against school-based bullying. With this project, we aimed at increasing the professional qualities of the teachers able to apply anti-bullying solutions in the partner schools, decreasing the problem of peer bullying, violence and the issue of early schooling absenteeism. Other objectives were as follows: to learn the solutions applied in different countries and to discover anti- bullying key skills of our partners who are experiencing the same problem, to strengthen teaching skills of school administrators and teachers to prevent violence, to ensure that the students who have suffered the act of violence are recruited to adopt common values, to reduce the number of bullyying disciplinary offenses at schools, to produce educational materials to prevent bullying. Owing to the final project results such as: a Risk Analysis, a Factor and Needs Analysis, a Bullying Prevention Programme, Anti- bullying Computer Games, teachers, students, school staff and all target groups were more aware of anti-bullying tools.
