We aimed to achieve several main objectives through the implementation of this project: 1. Enhance the energy-related competencies of vocational education teachers. 2. Participate in shaping the emerging job market in the energy sector, which is focused on 'green' competencies, in line with the goals of the European Green Deal. 3. Increase experience in working with teachers and the business environment in the field of vocational education. 4. Contribute to the education of specialized workers with competencies related to ecology and energy. 5. Create a comprehensive, publicly available educational tool that will be innovative in the field of education. 6. Conduct an international project related to vocational education, adapting to the job market, and more efficient learning. 7. Develop advanced digital tools for vocational training. 8. Respond to the needs of the labor market, contributing to the attractiveness of workers from Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. 9. Gain experience in vocational education related to energy in the Visegrad Group countries.
