โ–ถObjectives

Specific objectives: 1. Trained entities and young people in a work methodology that fostered the mentality and entrepreneurial skills of European youth with a social focus. 2. Promoted the design of creative initiatives and projects led by young people that promoted employment and self-employment, generating added value and benefit in their social environment from the acquisition of new skills and abilities for their employability. 3. Strengthened cooperation between social, public, and business entities for the exchange and implementation of innovative practices that fostered young social entrepreneurship.

โ–ถActivities

1. FIRST PHASE In the first phase of the project, which has been successfully completed, the project partners came together to prepare the E-book "Laboratory of Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation". This comprehensive PDF document was detailed crafted to offer valuable insights into the initiation of capital-intensive businesses, featuring best practices from all four partner countries. The primary goal was to demystify the complexities of starting such businesses and ensure that the information contained within the book was easily accessible to young individuals without the need for additional explanations or incurring extra costs. The content was initially crafted in English and was subsequently translated into the national languages of the partner countries. The leadership for this project result was effectively undertaken by the Polish organization, drawing upon their substantial experience in this domain. 2. SECOND PHASE Moving on to the second phase, which has also been successfully completed, the project partners collaborated on the development of the "Be a Changemaker" campaign. This dynamic campaign was strategically designed to serve as a training resource for partner organizations, benefiting not only the youth involved in the project but also extending its reach to other interested individuals. The Cyprus organization took the lead in executing this project result, capitalizing on their extensive experience and insights in this field. 3. THIRD PHASE The third phase of the project was equally instrumental in its completion. During this phase, the project partners organized a blended mobility program aimed at equipping youth with essential knowledge, information, and entrepreneurial skills. These skills encompassed the concept of social enterprises, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of this innovative approach to business. Additionally, the phase emphasized a holistic approach to personal development for young individuals, focusing on preparing them for successful integration into the labor market. The outcomes of this phase contributed significantly to the project's overall mission of enhancing youth employability and fostering a generation of socially conscious entrepreneurs.

The project partners collectively embarked on creating two essential project results and organizing events to ensure the highest quality and value in project implementation. This collaborative effort aimed to yield the most favorable outputs and outcomes. To maintain a seamless working flow and uphold project integrity, project tasks were thoughtfully distributed among partner organizations based on their respective expertise in the topic. Below there are the project results and events in detail: Project Results: 1. E-book "Laboratory of Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation" This result materialized as a PDF publication made accessible through the websites and social media platforms of the project partners. The e-book provided invaluable insights into initiating capital-intensive businesses while showcasing best practices from the four partner countries. The content was designed to demystify the concept of social entrepreneurship, emphasizing good practices associated with promoting employment for young people aged 18-30 and advancing social entrepreneurship within this demographic. The e-book was structured to be easily understood and utilized by youth without the need for further clarification or incurring additional costs. Initially prepared in English, the content was subsequently translated into the national languages of the partner countries. 2. The Campaign ''Be a Changemaker" This dynamic campaign served as a source of inspiration, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, for young individuals aged 18-30, including school graduates, students, and unemployed youth. The campaign's primary objective was to encourage young people to explore the path of social entrepreneurship and make responsible consumer choices. It sought to raise awareness among young individuals about the significance of their purchasing decisions and the potential impact on various aspects of social life, such as employment opportunities for disadvantaged individuals. The campaign comprised four videos collaboratively recorded by social entrepreneurs from partner countries and participants of the blended mobility program. These videos covered essential topics related to social enterprises and their potential to enact positive change. The campaign materials were edited and subsequently published on the project's website after the blended mobility event. Project Events: 1. Training This training event aimed to equip youth with knowledge, information, and essential skills for developing content or social initiatives using a specific CREATIVE LEARNING METHODOLOGY rooted in DESIGN THINKING. The training fostered imaginative thinking, promoted divergent perspectives, nurtured a positive group atmosphere, and emphasized teamwork and proactive engagement. Additionally, the event emphasized a holistic approach to personal development for young individuals, with a focus on facilitating successful integration into the labor market. The training played a pivotal role in enhancing the entrepreneurial mindset and skills of the participating youth, ensuring they were well-prepared for future endeavors in the world of social entrepreneurship and beyond.
