The project was related to the priorities we had selected: climate change is a real and undeniable threat to our entire civilization. The effects are already visible and will be catastrophic unless we act now. Through education, innovation, and adherence to our climate commitments, we can make the necessary changes to protect the planet. We hoped we could achieve an exchange of expertise in our schools, better language, and skills, and new networks for both teachers and pupils to broaden their chances in the future. With the exchange of expertise, we wanted to give all participants more tools to develop professionally and to give a European frame of reference to their work. Also, the schools in this project got a chance to develop and learn and start using practices from other projects schools. We aimed at promoting a healthy, environmentally sustainable future for our pupils and our schools. Through this project, we wanted to move onward pupils' knowledge of climate awareness and climate change through participation in in-person and online learning activities, Students' civic engagement, media literacy and ICT competencies as well as improving competence in soft skills with an emphasis on communication and teamwork.
