โถObjectives
The objectives of the E(U) Leaders project were to increase the competitiveness and productivity of companies and organisations. This was to be achieved by developing strategic e-leadership skills that are essential for various professionals such as entrepreneurs, employers, executives, managers, as well as trainers, educators and mentors in the vocational education and training (VET) sector. A key objective was to enable these professionals to manage their teams effectively and efficiently in virtual working environments. The project aimed to contribute to the creation of a comprehensive and reliable set of digital tools and approaches. These tools were aimed at assessing, developing, evaluating and certifying e-leadership skills to meet the evolving needs of the labour market. By achieving these objectives, the project sought to support the digital transformation of businesses, in line with the broader needs of the modern economy. The project sought to create an e-leadership model by mapping the strategic e-leadership skills and competencies.
โถActivities
The E(U) Leaders project carried out a number of activities, including Short-term common training event (C1): This event was specifically designed for entrepreneurs, employers, executives, managers as well as VET trainers, mentors and educators from the project partners. The main objective was to enhance their competences and skills. This training should enable them to effectively transfer the training and learning approaches of the E(U) Leaders project products in each partner country. The activities of this event included transfer of training methodology and project results: Participants were provided with the project's materials and tools, ensuring that these resources reached the end users effectively. Evaluation reports: Each participant of the C1 Activity was responsible for writing an evaluation report. These reports assessed the methodology and materials of the project products, providing valuable feedback and insights for further improvement. Pilot testing and fine-tuning: Testing the implementation of the project in each participating country, with subsequent fine-tuning based on national reports. This phase involved entrepreneurs, employers, executives, managers, vocational trainers, mentors, and educators. National dissemination seminars/workshops: Held in each country, these seminars and workshops aimed to disseminate materials on the project results, provide access to these results and support the use of the project products by partners and trainers. Preparation of national events: Tasks included preparing event agendas, inviting target groups, organising promotional activities and handling logistical arrangements. Reporting on national dissemination seminars: This involved uploading information about the seminars to the project website, together with the dissemination materials and presentations used during the events. The seminars were summarised in national reports presenting the results of evaluation questionnaires completed during the seminars. Development of the e-learning platform: Included the development of the macro-structure of the platform, its revision and finalisation based on feedback from partners. Promotion and dissemination activities: Distribution of digital factsheets, infographics, brochures, newsletters, and exposure of the project on various European platforms dedicated to e-skills development. Regular reporting on the project's promotion and dissemination activities was also carried out. Together, these activities aimed to disseminate the project results, engage a wide range of stakeholders, and ensure the practical application and sustainability of the project results.
