▶Objectives
With this project we wanted to make it possible to establish parallels between the twenties of the past century and the current one, allowing the conditions in which totalitarianism were born in Europe, and the consequences of these to be known. We aimed to provide participants with tools that allow the detection of the totalitarian and antidemocratic attitudes, as well as those that help them to resolve conflicts peacefully through democratic values and mutual respect. Based on the Cybernovel Replication Handbook (A1) the historical cybernovels of Clarita and Klarika (https://livingthe20s.blog/) were created, in order to illustrate the socio-political and economic context of the time in which the stories take place and to draw parallels with contemporary events. Following the narrative thread of the fictional characters, multicultural and intergenerational workshops (A2) were developed and organized in the participating countries (Spain and Romania), in which both old and young people had opportunity to value and to show their experiences of resilience, to enhance multiculturalism and to foster mutual respect. These experiences can be exchanged between people from different European countries.
