The main objectives of the project were: 1 to develop inclusive skills among the kindergarten children from Salaj county and 3 other kindergarten from Turkey, Croatia and Lithuania involved in the project through modern outdoor and SEAM methods, during project time, 2To foster thinking out of the box skills in order to build up an inclusive learning environment based on respect, interculturality and well being for the pre-primary children involved in the project in 22 months, 3 to diminish perception of exclusion in the kindergarten involved in the project though inclusive outdoor activities in 22 months, Inclusive priority was our key point in the project. We were keening to combine inclusive education at kindergarden level, with outdoor concept activities with inclusive touch, also STEAM as an integrated concept that stays for inclusion. Didactics and concepts for pre primary school level thet promotes inclusion, outdoor STEAM define the main line of the project. Also intercultural team work for the same goals equiped us with empowering learning experiences and the desire for future colaboration for new projects. We all have valuable resources to promote inclusion, outdoor and STEAM in our work and life.

Were implemented 1 Workshop at Djecji vrtic More in Rikeja, Coratia, 02.05-06.05.2022, 4 participants form Romania, 2 from Belgium, 0 from Turkey; We were managing activities for inclusiveness, STEAM, outdoor, piloting methods outdoor, designing activities for outdoor in the forest, in the natural habitat for observing birds, fishes, colours, shapes and STEAM, GREEN EDUCATION, inclusive approach outdoor during this mobility. 2Job shadowing Vrije Basisschool Roezemoes, Zeebrugee, Belgium. from 17th of October until 21st of October 2022, 5 participants from Romania, 2 from Croatia, 0 from Turkey. We were observing activities for different age level 2-6years old, outdoor-life of a bee, STEAM for healty lifestyle, inclusive approach especially in intercultural context, resources center -inclusive trip. 3 Study visit at Özel Devrim Kosova Anaokulu in Turkey, 08.05.2023-12.05.2023, 3 participants from Romania, 3 participants from Croatia. We visited many resources facilities for outdoor activities, for STEAM, as aquarium in Istanbul for inclusive and for STEAM activities, Science interactive museum in Bursa for STEAM activities, mountains with caves for STEAM and inclusiveness.

The tangible result of the project was the suport material with 13 methods for pre primary school level, The methods proposed in the material are promoting inclusion, outdoor concept and STEAM concept. All participants in the mobilities had an input to this material. Also was structured each method in order to give clear way to implement it in practice, to addapt for each situation. Presentation is organise in padlet, consist in 13 methods, each one is presented-objective, materials, scenario. The activities were piloted by each partner in their insistution, for School Inspectoarat was implemented in 10 kindergarten in urban area and 10 in rural area. Intangible results were identified among participants counting the new aquisition in the area of didactics, inclusive approach, outdoor concept activities, STEAM . In addition to abilities to tackle inclusion, STEAM and OUTDOOR participants were were mentioning higher self esteem and confidence in their work, they are eager to take new experiences that takes them out of the confort zone. New colaboration for future activities in SCH acreditation that our institution is now managing as a consortium with 6 schools from rural area.
