Objectives

Given the variety and expertise of theEU entities part of the project consortium, the project results were meant to transcend the national identity. More, the partnership consisting of adult training providers, municipalities, one social enterprise experienced in developing novel pedagogic tools as well as private entities experienced in Green practices, sustainability and the circular economy and ICT created the opportunity to enabled a series of actions and activities related to exchanges of good practices, examples, know -how to create new examples and, respectively added value, ways to change the culture and working methods at organizational level to enhance its capacities, a common dissemination EU wide campaign to raise awareness on project results, and a different approach on the perspective of the training need to provide all-round sollution and ensure project sustainability and results exploitation through partners` cooperation network. More, the specificity of the partners roles in each activity highligths their contribution in terms of results in its most competent area and the balance of the allocated ressources and tasks determined the increase the quality of the results.

Activities

The activities implemented in the project consisted of exchanges of national good practices and examples contributing towards creating new ones applicable throughout Europe, exchange of know-how and resources to provide added value, change the culture and methods of work at organizational level allowing in this way, for further growth of the organizational capacities, organisation of a common dissemination EU wide campaign to raise awareness related to the project results, different perspectives when looking at the issue and training need, thus providing an all-round solution to needs and problems that are identified, and creation of a cooperation network between the partners to further the project results and allow for sustainability and result exploitation. Furthermore, the partners implemented also 3 product results, 6 multiplier events, 1 online 3-day learning activity, dissemination presentations and workshops Interactions with the selected target group members, project meetings discussing the project results, 1 webinar as part of the multiplier events and online learning activity , social media presence and active dissemination.

Impact

Within the project duration, the concrete outputs and project results were: R.1 Digital Transformation Climate Training Plan and online e-resources Moodle platform, R.2 Green Digital Canvas to design individualised action plans and R.3 GREEN’s Trainer’s toolkit. More, several other administrative, dissemination and networking results were envisaged in order to provide the GREEN partnership to enable raising project awareness, optimising TG uptake of results, involving target group members in the project activities and facilitating training of adult trainers.
