โ–ถObjectives

The long-term benefits and outcomes we achieved can be summarised as follows: - Enhanced Use of Labour Market Intelligence (LMI) in European Universities: we promoted a more nuanced and evidence-based use of LMI within HEIs. This approach supported learners, the universities themselves, and the broader economy and society that benefit from the efforts of future graduates. - Improved Influence of Policymakers and Stakeholders: by equipping policymakers and key stakeholders with better tools to influence university provisions, we created a cycle that resulted in more closely aligned and well-evidenced educational provisions, benefiting both the demand and supply sides of the educational ecosystem. - Increased Appreciation of LMI Applications: we widened the understanding of how LMI could be used within universities and by those looking to comprehend the importance, potential impacts, and benefits of university education. Our primary audiences were European Universities, which we reached through partner networks such as ENRLMM, EUniverCities, careers guidance networks, etc. Through these efforts, we fostered a more informed and responsive educational environment that could better meet the needs of the future workforce and society.
