▶Objectives
O1 Development of professional competencies of teachers to respond adequately to the educational needs of children by: the acquisition of innovative and active inclusive strategies, 85% of all teachers; the participation of at least 80% from all teachers in the exchange of inclusive good practices. O2 Increasing the level of preparation of children aged 3-10 in responding positively to the challenge of diversity and inclusion, adaptation and successful integration into school and social life by: the involvement of at least 90% of all children in activities for the promotion of European values; improving the emotional state of at least 90% of all children in changing negative behaviors into positive ones. O3 Enriching the inclusive pedagogical approaches and increasing the quality of the educational act by introduction of at least 5 innovative strategies for inclusion in learning activities; the use of modern IT technologies, of at least 3 web tools / creative and collaborative; elaboration of a Guide of good practices in which to be found at least 5 inclusive strategies; creation of a bank of open educational resources and development accessible on the project website ”IASID. NET ”-INNOVATIVE AND ACTIVE STRATEGIES FOR INCLUSION.
▶Impact
The project generated short-term, immediate and long-term impacts. It has significantly strengthened in a stable way the awareness of reasons to enable learning in an inclusive context, with the essential aim of improving the quality of teaching. It provided opportunities to train methodological skills in the most effective and innovative active inclusive strategies useful to create a quality truly inclusive school with a focus on the early stage. The results of the implementation of this project are: CHILDREN: - acquired knowledge skills and attitudes that can be used by them in a later stage of education - at school. - acquired knowledge about the main European values: freedom, tolerance, non-discrimination, democracy, respect for human rights, solidarity, equality, acceptance, inclusion. - learned to respect religious, cultural and linguistic differences - recognised and accept diversity, thus increasing respect, trust and motivation, - acquired knowledge about other children from the partner countries, made friends; - became familiar with ICT tools and educational applications; TEACHERS - acquired knowledge, skills and competences that they integrated into everyday teaching, becoming sustainable and transferable in curricular and extracurricular contexts - applied the knowledge, skills and competences formed even after the end of the partnership in future activities - have become sustainable and permanent reuse in different educational contexts of the active and inclusive innovative strategies developed in the project - improved collaboration skills, team spirit, language skills, ICT skills, communication skills - enriched knowledge related to different educational systems - demonstrated greater openness and responsiveness to different cultures and lifestyles SCHOOL INSTITUTIONS have achieved - improved quality of the educational process by acquiring new innovative/active inclusive strategies, by exchanging best practices, new innovative educational models for working with children and parents - activation of teaching and learning process, the modernisation of general teaching strategies and the inclusive school approach - interactive educational environment and a modern educational process by using the web tools of the educational applications used in the project - becoming a welcoming school environment especially for children who come from different social, ethnic, cultural and religious backgrounds, etc. dynamic and open school climate, diversification of the educational offer - developed a compact network between the school, parents - community and municipality. - increased prestige of the institution and the level of trust in the community; PARENTS through involvement in the project - communicated more actively with their children - achieved greater openness to different peoples and cultures. - collaborated effectively and permanently with the school institution LOCAL COMMUNITY - raised awareness of Europe's role in children's future - openness to different peoples and cultures During the two years of implementation: it was elaborated the Guide of good practices and open educational resources with the application of innovative inclusion strategies and online support materials for teachers based on inclusion and diversity; it was developed the project site “IASID. NET ”- INNOVATIVE AND ACTIVE STRATEGIES FOR INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY ” it is an useful platform for disseminating the strategies developed in a project accessible to the European community of teachers, A BANK OF OPEN EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES. it was developed the TWIN SPACE_Active strategies for inclusion and diversity in early childhood - A.S.I.D.E.C show the whole experience and will contain theoretical and practical references developed in the 2 years of the project implementation.
