Our Living Values

As we were teachers from 7 different countries, we discussed an important topic for us about how low the motivation of students is. Then we decided that it was better to look for the positive exam...

Increase our capacity to operate at transnational level; - Share our ideas to find the Living Values and to present them as positive examples; - Educate individuals with good character - Give pupils the opportunity to express their values through behavior - Ensure the parallel functioning of character and values education in the family and school - Increase the awareness about values education - Facilitate personal contact and interaction; - Increase the feeling of European citizenship; - Raise awareness about environmental issues; - Raise awareness about other cultures and traditions.

1.Our folklore- school curriculum Each country created a school curriculum, an optional subject to be studied by students about traditions and customs, about national folklore. The knowledge acquired within the activities of L.T.T. will be deepened through these courses. Also, the beneficiaries can be a very large number of students, as the participants will also be students who did not participate in the project activities, so it will demonstrate its sustainability. Parents cannot spend as much time as they would like with their children, so we believe that our students can learn more about our national values at school. 2. etwinning project We have created an eTwinning project and use the Twin Space in order to disseminate the results of our activities but also to share the results of the common activities. The students and teachers could share in the padlets their thoughts and opinions, laso their memories from the face to face meetings. 3. Project website We have created a project website in order to upload all information about it, therefore to disseminate our activities, common and local. it is a genuine source of information and inspiration for other projects and for finding future partners for future projects. 4. Poems book One of our activities was to create a collaborative story jumper with love and friendship poems written by our students. Each partner school had its own page in which the teachers uploaded the poems and edited in their own way. The result was a common ebook of a collection of students creations. This activity taught them friendhisp and love for the others, tolerance and mutual understanding. This e-book was presented to teachers who teach Romanian and foreign languages, as examples of good practices that can be carried out in extracurricular activities. 5.Our living values - our personalities „Our Living Values” is an ebook that presents some of the greatest personalities of each country partner in this project. The information was selected by the students and translated with the help of their teachers. It was created with book creator application , a collaborative work to create this final product. The link of this book made with web tools was shared on the whatsapp groups of the classes so that aszmany students as possible benefit from , that is those who did not participate in the L.T.T activities of the project. 6. Our responsibility to live in a better world- book of essays We have created an ebook , which is a collection of the pupils' essays from each partner school . The pupils gathered their ideas and wrote them down in order to create this book . The teachers helped them with the translations where there were younger pupils. The aim was to teach them responsibility to make this world a better one. the pupils also shared their ideas by reading their essays aloud, during the English and native language lessons and the ebook can also be read by anyone who accesses its link. in this way, anyone can find ours and our pupils' cry for help to get together to make this world a better one. 7. Digital map We have created a digital map so that we highlight our countries on Europe's map, to show that even if we come from so different parts of Europe, from such big distances, we have common values, but also to reinforce in the students' memory the geographical position of the partners. Also, this activity contributed to the development of students' skills to use web 2.0 tools in the realization of simple projects. 8. Song of peace In each partner school, the teachers made the pupils listen to the song of peace by Teresa Jennings. Each partner had to record one stanza, the, we gathered the parts and created a common song in a very inspiring and really touching video. We taught them love for the other and how precious peace for the humankind. 9.Tree garden One of the objectives of our project activities was to teach our pupils eco -responsibility. Each school planted trees in the school garden at the beginning of the project, the students watched them grow and took care of them and at the end we took pictures and made a collage of our grown trees. This activity was very enjoyed by the pupils, since they could work together, They could share their results with the pupils from the other schools, and they had the opportunity to spend time in the open air. They are very proud of their work and promised to continue taking care of it.
