With the Prosilient VET project, we set out to enhance trainers' resilience in CVET trainers daily professional practice, emphasizing the significance of trainers' deliberate self-care efforts to ensure their effectiveness and the delivery of high-quality teaching consistently. We accomplished this goal, achieving each of the following objectives: - we successfully designed and developed an online VET resilience toolbox, which was made available in 4 languages (English, Italian, German, Romanian, Bulgarian) - 20 CVET trainers, from 4 participating countries, trained to use the toolbox - CVET trainers involved in the project have already conducted online, offline, or blended piloting activities involving more than 100 learners (with minimum 25 from each partner country), utilizing the new competences acquired - we organized and conducted a blended international conference in Bucharest and one in Oradea, involving 94 participants in total, to disseminate and promote the project's results. The topic of was considered as vital for fostering individual and collective well-being, promoting mental health, and preparing individuals and organizations to thrive in an ever-changing world.
