โ–ถObjectives

-Setting a strong support for the industrial sectors in the long process of transition -Setting an innovative system of training -Setting a strong answer to the European effort in the development of digital education for the improvement of the actual learning conditions -Design, elaborate, and implement a European virtual learning platform for the manufacturing sector addressed to 'new' and 'advanced' contents integrated into a greater variety of innovative learning practices -Enable ICT to make VET more flexible in opportunities, and support a strategic use and access to educational resources at different levels -Improve the high level of digital and transversal skills development for teachers (โ€žwhiteโ€ trainees) and trainees, employed or not (โ€žblueโ€ trainees) in a lifelong perspective -By addressing the 7P, DIGIGREEN increased its dedication to all relevant industrial sectors -Assured a high transparency of competences for the manufacturing sector -Involved different stakeholders in the creation and delivery of learning practices, making e-learning more responsive to new challenges in the sector -Reinforced the partners technical and cooperative capacity to deliver online training modules and to work in a transnational team

โ–ถActivities

1. Management activities - activities related to: - the organizing of the partnerships (sharing and monitoring the work, organizing of transnational project meetings โ€“ direct or virtual, sharing information within the partnership, taking decisions, gathering technical and financial information for evolution analysis and reporting, etc.) - the analysis of the quality of implementation and taking decisions (elaboration of a quality guide, monitoring of the implementation quality, decisions to adjust the parameters of the implementation, etc.) - the analysis of the quality of products and taking decisions (estimated quality, number of proposed products, etc.) - the assurance of appropriate visibility and impacts of the project (elaboration of plan of dissemination DVP, monitoring the implementation of the dissemination activities, surveys to understand and quantify the impacts, etc.) 2. Elaboration of intellectual products: activities dedicated to the design and elaboration of 3 project results: - PR1: dedicated to the gathering of information (2 Delphi analysis using specific surveys) that was necessary for the harmonization of the knowledge involved in the transition to the digital and green manufacturing - PR2: dedicated to the elaboration of the new system of training, consisting of a guide that describes the frame in which the training should be organized (types of training sessions, methodologies of implementation, curriculum, workload, etc.) - PR3: dedicated to the elaboration of the digital tools and data for training and assessment 3. Learning activities - 3 learning activities dedicated to the staff of the organizations involved in the partnership; 36 participants were attended to these courses. a. LTTA#1: How to train for digital literacy? b. LTTA#2: How to train on topic related to changing the manufacturing to digital and green? c. LTTA#3: Micro-learning and webinar โ€“ training and assessment methodologies - 2 virtual learning activities to which were attended 95 participants outside of the consortium; they were dedicated to demonstrate the manner in which the new training system should be applied. a. LTTAvirtual#1: Switching from traditional to digital and green. Are you prepared? b. LTTAvirtual#2: Why digital? Why green? How to switch to? 4. Dissemination activities โ€“ there were proposed: - multiplier events dedicated to the dissemination of information regarding the new system of training: 6 Hands-on seminars, a workshop and a conference โ€“ each of them with about 30 participants, and a virtual workshop to which 50 persons form the target groups were invited and participate - workshops / round tables / seminars which were organized by each partner, using the MPI budget, in order to improve the visibility of the project.

The proposed intellectual products obtained are: 1. 4 questionnaires for Delphi analysis 2. Report on the results of the Delphi analysis 3. Methodologies for the digital training and assessment 4. Designed frame of training 5. Ebook built in 2 volumes containing: - First volume: the information was written in very concentrated form, adapted for micro-courses and webinars. Contents: Contents for digital literacy of trainers โ€“ basic elements regarding the digital tools and data to be used for teaching, Contents for digital literacy of early leaving school trainees - basic elements regarding the digital tools and data involved in the new digital manufacturing systems; Contents for improvement of technical knowledge on digital and green fabrication for trainers โ€“ latest manufacturing technologies; Contents for improvement of technical knowledge on digital and green fabrication for early leaving school trainees โ€“ basic information about the traditional 7P and digital and green 7P (shared 7P among partners) - Second volume: system of assessment. It contained the methodologies of assessment customized for the both types of training methods, micro-learning and webinars. 3 distinct customized methods of assessment, for each type of training, were developed and detailed presented. Examples of implementation of each of them were provided in volume 2. 6. New resource for training: eplatform for lifelong learning โ€“ this is a powerful digital tool and can be accessed and used by the trainers and by the trainees, before and during the training process. 7. The new design for the frame of training and assessment, a guideline for all specialists from industry who are involved in the transformation of their manufacturing system to a digital and green manufacturing. It contained the required curriculum (built on the results of the Delphi analysis), and subsequently the workload. They were defined for the two types of training methods, micro-learning and webinars: results of survey โ€“ topics to be discussed โ€“ workload โ€“ approach as micro-learning โ€“ approach as webinars โ€“ assessment. It contained, also, the defining of the operational Learning Outcomes (Los), coming from the Delphi analysis, as well, and subsequently the ECVET KIT for both, webinars and micro-learning. The last chapter of the guide is related to the European recommendations for micro-credentials in manufacturing sectors Other results are related to the: 1. ME activities โ€“ 7 seminars with 30 participants each, 1 workshop, and 2 conference, 1 virtual event with 50 participants; all participants, trainers (white trainees) and experts in manufacturing processes (blue trainees) were aware on the obtained results, on the importance of the training using the new system and all the potential opportunities related to the improvement of the competencies 2. LTTA activities โ€“ 48 trainers of the staff and 95 participants to the 2 virtual courses 3. Management and Project Implementation โ€“ a quality guide, a plan for dissemination, questionnaires for satisfaction, periodical and final reports
