▶Objectives
1. Raising awareness among MSMEs and entrepreneurs from rural and underdeveloped parts of Serbia regarding how active, long-life learning can boost innovations, business growth and development 2. Promoting the equality of chances in the field of entrepreneurship, in terms of facilitation of access to critical skills and know how 3. Developing high quality innovative digital learning methods, useful not only for entrepreneurs in rural and underdeveloped parts of Serbia, but also applicable to other sensitive groups of entrepreneurs 4. Developing digital distance learning platform, available for educational purposes in conditions of restricted movement, 5. Contributing to the development and improvement of the local and regional adult-educational environment 6. Increasing the number of available trainings, and improving their quality, by providing tailored, purposeful and high-quality delivery of entrepreneurial skills 7. Improving internal organizational capacities of the participating organizations, and their capacity to provide access to critical educational needs of entrepreneurs 8. Disseminating good practices in distance entrepreneurial education, contributing to the sustainable and balanced regional development
▶Impact
The main project’s results are: 1. Digital distance learning platform (e-learning), bilingual in Serbian and English; 2. Curricula of 4 training courses (Serbian-English) 3. Course materials - presentations for 4 training courses (bi-lingual, Serbian - English) 4. Manual for the platform users / beneficiaries In addition to these results, the project also generated a relevant number of publications (8 website and LinkedIn news / Posts, 2 research papers on Knowledge Management in MSMEs and farming sector) which were also published on EPALE platform. Furthermore, among the results is also an increased level of information and know-how on the e-learning concept and e-learning platform among the key stakeholders - partners of Glenfield, which includes local, regional and global development agencies and institutions (i.e. Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, Serbian Entrepreneurship Foundation, Development Agency of Serbia, KfW, EBRD, Confindustria, local business associations).
