Objectives

By conducting this project we were aiming to: - Educate reflective practitioners in PI and PS for establishing an associated partnership, form expert teacher panels, implement action research to improve reflective practice and a better connection between 2 levels of education and present research results at 5 round tables - create a presentation of models for the development of competences in the areas of: ecology,inclusion,healthy lifestyles,cooperation with the community and family,special pedagogical orientations and learning everywhere and in every place - print the Collection of Action Researches, conduct of the second round of research by associated partners and present the results at an International Conference - create an initiative for higher education institutions to supplement course syllabuses with content on transition - organize an International conference and present the project results, the models of expert teacher panels, training, Collection of action research tools, the competencies of reflective practitioners and initiatives towards higher education institutions, prepare a Collection of summaries and initiation of support from local governments by presenting work models of local expert teacher panels

Activities

The implemented activities were done in accordance with the time line. 2 working meetings; 4 LTT learning activities; associated partnerships with 4 PI, 7 PS and 1 SS; Conducted 10 action researches with 300 collaborators;The results of the first round of research presented at 5 round tables in 2022 with 60 participants; 10 competency models were developed for: ecology,healthy lifestyles,cooperation with family,Montessori program and learning everywhere and in every place; Completed the Collection and printed out in 500 copies in 4 languages; Formed 5 local expert teacher panels who worked for 12 months, on the basis of which the final proposal of the work plan of expert teacher panels was adopted and delivered to associated partners; Launched an initiative towards higher education institutions to expand the syllabus of subjects in undergraduate studies for educators and teachers; Conducted joint training for educators and teachers and implemented in 10.2023.with 60 participants; An accredited international scientific professional conference was held in NS, 26-2708.2023.Compendium of summaries of presentations at the Conference created in electronic form; conducted an eTwinning project with the same name by partner organizations

Impact

The expected results in the project proposal were achieved above the planned. The activities were realized, the deadlines were met, there were more participants in the activities than expected, and the topic of the project attracted a lot of attention from the professional and scientific public. Expert teacher panels are a valuable result and their work continued even after the completion of the project in all countries and institutions – associated partners, and beyond.Attention was received for round tables, conferences and trainings for teachers and educators.Great satisfaction with the topic of the project and the need for more frequent reflection of practice was highlighted, as well as for educators and teachers to become familiar with the way of working in kindergarten and school to make the transition better.During the project, joint activities of kindergartens and elementary schools, as well as secondary schools, were realized through workshops, environmental activities, classes, projects, plays, research and humanitarian activities.The conference was attended by 62 participants,among them the representatives of the Ministry of Education,UVV,DUNS,the Pedagogical Association of Serbia,ZUOV,TEMPUS Foundation
