For this project we had established and reached the following objectives: - to cultivate competencies of 15 adult staff from 3 countries in working with adults with fewer opportunities - to build up competences of 15 adult staff from 3 countries in using innovative approach and tools in adult education - to build up the capacity of 15 organizations in using Erasmus+ as a tool for supporting adult learners’ competence development - to increase the capacity of 15 organizations in operating transnationally in the context of adult education
