1. Learn more and better understand: a) what new skills and level of education companies demand to make the green transition b) the awareness and use of EQF among stakeholders c) within the partnership our differences, experiences, bottlenecks, opportunities and challenges with our local learning systems d) useful talent acquisition development strategies for the energy sector 2. Support a) the energy sector and industry in green transition through dissemination of our findings and our knowledge from working with EQF and the changing educational system nationally and in the EU. b) visibility of HVET opportunities c) the decrease of barriers in skills identification 3. Understand the status quo of the Nordic energy sector, from the perspective of industry and education providers. 4. Identify for ourselves challenges and needs in the energy sector and industry to (be able to) make the green transition 5. Network with partners, stakeholders and the general public engaged in the green transition, innovation, talent and skills challenges. 6. Act a springboard for collaboration, innovation, synergies and increased HVET recognition through our dissemination dialogues and various networking activities.

▶Impact
We gained greater understanding of the EQF strengths and weaknesses. In interviews with industry, educators, trade associations and government officials we discussed EQF and HVET and how to use it, for example when mapping skills needs and identifying the right skill profile. Reps turned ready to adjust their own instructions on company talent-needs from an EQF 6 or 7, to an EQF 4 or 5, opening to more HVET/VET profiles, implying more knowledge on EQF/ HVET could ease the green transition. We established new partners and new collaborations like the high school Guri Kunna and Skellefteå municipality. The strategy and methodology of Skellefteå and battery factory Northvolt is an example of a successful holistic approach to talent acquisition in the energy sector through the collaboration btw municipality, industry and schools. Similar municipalities in Norway are looking to not only develop their energy edu at EQF 4, but also at EQF 5. We introduced stakeholders to one another, leading to tangible action for future collaboration, giving added value to energy education. We learnt more about our innovation and education systems and started discussing how to build more joint co-creation activities.
