The beautician programme of Praktiska Halmstad and Victory in Vicenza expressed a desire to visit each other's schools and assess the sustainability of their current education. They aimed to identify areas of improvement, ultimately making the necessary changes to enhance environmental reliability. This encompassed primarily the areas of 1. Materials, 2. Methods of training and 3. Working environment. The students identified areas for improvement in their respective home countries, devised a plan for enchantments and subsequently visited each other´s schools to exchange ideas. They reached agreement on common actions and implemented changes in each program. Additionally, they produced an informational movie documenting this process, creating a simple step by step guide on how to make the beautician program more sustainable. The goal was to circulate this guide and to foster awareness within the beautician education.
