Local businesses were invited to participate, integrating the project into the local community and highlighting the relevance of entrepreneurial skills on both local and international scales through Camp Creative.

Camp Creative served as the primary means to implement innovative practices, where participants collaborated to address real challenges faced by local businesses. The transnational activities aimed to benefit approximately 30 individuals annually in each participating country, with the overarching goal of reducing early school dropout rates and enhancing employability. Through cultural exchanges, students gained insights into each other's cultures while honing their language skills. Certification of outcomes was facilitated through EuroPass and local diplomas/certificates. The project aimed to enhance workforce skills in respective regions and improve participants' attractiveness and employability in the job market, ultimately inspiring entrepreneurship within local communities.
