▶Objectives
Deliver inclusive education through blended approach. Promotion of innovative methods and tools for teaching and training. Improvement of lifelong learning and quality of teaching through blended/flipped learning. Increase equality and inclusiveness in adult training. Integrate digital technology into the training system. Minimize the risks that the trainer faces in terms of disconnection with the students. Equipping trainers with the necessary tools to implement a training offer that allows to alternate and combine synchronous with asynchronous phases. Be able to implement a flipped classroom model that allows trainers to become creators of digital content, at the same time managing experiences and dynamics face to face. Teach how to use technologies for maintaining the engagement of this new training model, enabling trainers to search, identify, filter, evaluate and select digital tools and resources, to later apply them in the classroom, to effectively manage teaching activities. Evaluate own and students' digital competences and based on this, develop online activities. Designing a set of open educational resources and developing a training Toolkit that can be used by any trainer who faces the challenge of a new learning era.

Development of a Flipped DTs training toolkit, a Toolkit of open educational resources designed for trainers to successfully integrate blended learning and Flipped Learning in the planning and development of their training programs. Testing and evaluation of the Toolkit throughout project lifetime. Partnership building activities such as transnational meetings and monthly Zoom-meeting. A social media strategy, project website, Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube-channel. An exploitation and sustainability strategy. A dissemination strategy. Ongoing evaluation of quality of the project. Several social media campaigns. Communication and dissemination activities. National dissemination activities, including multiplier events.

A Flipped DTs Toolkit, a set of open educational resources for trainers on the Moodle platform. The Toolkit includes a training course based on 9 Modules, that provides trainers with the skills, templates, activities and theory to learn and implement blended learning, based on the concept of the Flipped Classroom. A Set of 10 Training Video Pills showing how to use a variety of digital tools, mobile apps, LMS, common online platforms and social networks to organize the online part of a Flipped Classroom. An interactive Catalogue of Good Practices that illustrates the problems and solutions to successfully implement a Flipped Classroom in adult training environments, identifying how to transfer them and adapt them with the migrant group. A full set of activities that can be used in a Flipped Classroom, a variety of Flipped Classroom Models. A full list of apps and digital tools to use in a Flipped Classroom, with instructions on how to use them. Learning Assignments to monitor their own learning. Templates and suggestions on how to evaluate students in a Flipped Classroom, as well evaluating individual learning styles and needs. The Flipped DT Toolkit is available in English, Swedish, Greek, Spanish and Polish.
