The objectives that we wanted to achieve through the CSR2VET project were; 1. To promote CSR as a methodology for bettering the VET sector, 2. To increase engagement and participation of fewer opportunity people in VET, 3. To increase employability opportunities and promote new roles in companies through CSR, 4. To increase the awareness of educational situations, especially vocational education, on social responsibility, 5. โ–ถActivities

During the 2-years of project implementation, CSR2VET project consortium organized 3 Transnational Project Meetings in the following places and dates: *TPM1 on 28th of February 2022 in Lund, Sweden, *TPM2 on 29/39th of September 2022 in Arcos De Valdevez, Portugal and *TPM3 on 9th of October 2023 in Athens, Greece. Also, 1 LLTA was held in Ankara, Turkiye with the participation of 18 teachers and trainers between 27/31th of March 2023. At the end of the project, all partners organized one Multiplier Event (6 in total) in their local area to make the project impact wider. On the other hand, the consortium produced 3 project results: CSR A-Z Guidebook, Interactive training curriculum and the CSR Hub platform. Besides, to test the validity and the quality of IO2, all partners had piloting sessions in their country.

โ–ถImpact

The concrete outputs of the project were the 3 IOs. IO1 was designed as a guidebook entitled CSR A-Z Guidebook, and serves as a comprehensive introduction to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), outlining its fundamental concepts and methodologies. It is designed to facilitate understanding and implementation of CSR practices, with a focus on fostering dialogue and collaboration between societal actors, companies, and Vocational Education and Training (VET) institutions. This guidebook also includes a detailed data analysis created from the interviews and questionnaires held in 5 partner countries with 560 people. Moreover, IO2: The CSR2VET Ambassador Course is produced as an advanced training program designed for VET sector trainers. It focuses on creating CSR champions within the sector, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to embed CSR principles into VET education and practice. This course includes a variety of case studies, interactive activities for classrooms, best practices and video sources related the topicz covered. With this perspective, It is a unique resource which is freely available in CSR and VET sector. Finally, the consortium created IO3: The CSR Platform as an extensive online resource divided into nine modules, each focusing on a different aspect of CSR, ranging from basic concepts to the role of CSR in VET, and the alignment with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These outputs of the project increased the creation of CSR values in partner countries in terms of; - Inclusive education, - Considering the environment and reducing carbon footprints, - Improving labor policies for employees/teachers and teachers, - Promoting Volunteering as a core principle in society in the community, - Corporate policies that benefit the environment, - Socially and environmentally conscious investments. All of these results can be found here in the CSR2VET project website; https://csr2vet.eu/project-results/ Apart from these to disseminate and introduce the project in local areas, the partnership produced infographics in 6 partner languages and summary video which can be presented as concrete results. All of them also available in Erasmus Project Result platform with the attachment of these results.
