▶Objectives
Post-Human Architect aimed at developing, testing and disseminating an innovative methodology to be used by VET organisations and trainers in decentralized areas to teach sustainability and social innovation. By implementing this methodology we aimed at contributing to the building and reinforcement of resilient, future-proof and more attractive VET systems in decentralized areas, which can support young people to find educational opportunities and new job opportunities tailored to their needs. Concrete objectives: - Design and disseminate a framework of skills associated with the figure of post-human architect to be used by VET trainers to assess their skills or learners’ skills. The European Skills Agenda underlines the need for accompanying the green transition by including green skills in VET programmes and fostering soft skills. - Design, test and disseminate an educational game to practice the skills of PHA in an informal, interactive and attractive way. - Create a certification system, in line with national and European qualification frameworks, for recognition and certification of PHA skills.
