We have established realistic objectives and we set out to achieve the following: - to improve competences of 30 youthworkers from 5 countries in the use of NonFormalEducation in cultural activities that support young people's personal development - to increase the capacity of 30 youthworkers and 9 organizations to use cultural activities in inclusion and diversity context - to empower 30 youthworkers from 5 different countries in designing and implementing Non formal education activities in cultivating social cohesion and intercultural dialogue - to strengthen the capacity of 9 organizations from 5 countries in promoting socio-cultural values and diversity - to contribute to the quality of youth work in using culture as a tool for positive social dynamics
