With the implementation of the project, we wanted to find out which problems elderly patients encounter with drug treatment and which of the solutions can best help them with the spa. We wanted to empower elderly patients who use drugs to treat chronic non-communicable diseases for the correct use of drugs, which is the basis or necessity for effective and safe pharmacotherapy. Through cooperation with partners from Croatia, we wanted to exchange opinions and good practices and prepare appropriate solutions with our joint efforts.
