▶Objectives
We aimed to: provide high-quality learning opportunities for adults in remote rural areas tailored to their needs; improve the competencies of partner staff; strengthen European cooperation and bring a European dimension to remote rural areas; identify specific needs in the areas of digital technology, culture, coexistence, environmental protection, and health. Through the implementation of 24 workshops, we aimed to involve at least 15 participants per workshop and connect adults in remote rural areas through educational and cultural activities via four international events. On a long-term basis, we aimed to sustainably enhance the quality of work of partner organizations by designing learning programs, improve the competencies of adult education staff, and establish and maintain long-term international partnerships in adult education.
