โ–ถObjectives

The project aimed to support adult educators in their transition from traditional to blended learning, to improve their skills and knowledge in planning, delivering and evaluating blended learning. In doing so, we wanted to increase the number of teachers who are delivering quality blended learning in their local/regional context and who are able to transfer their knowledge and skills to their colleagues. Furthermore, we wanted to empower the participating organisations in the field of blended learning, to increase the presence of the methodology in their programmes and to offer the end-users, i.e. adult learners, a more flexible learning process that is more responsive to their needs and makes effective use of online and digital opportunities. Through dissemination activities and with the commitment to create lasting project results, we aimed to use the project results after its completion, to integrate them into the work of the partner organisations, to make them visible among key stakeholders and to exploit their potential for further use.
