โถObjectives
The project aimed to enhance the quality of inclusive education by equipping teachers and teaching assistants with innovative methodologies and tools to support students with fewer opportunities in mainstream schools. By integrating drama methods, digital tools, and competence-based learning strategies, the project sought to empower educators to create engaging, dynamic, and student-centered learning environments. Participants reported increased student engagement and learning retention, as drama-based teaching made lessons more interactive and memorable. Teachers observed greater creativity, confidence, and motivation in their students, as well as a stronger sense of classroom collaboration. The training provided educators with new strategies for inclusion, enabling them to better support students with diverse learning needs. Teachers also highlighted the long-term impact of the training, emphasizing how drama-based learning enriched their teaching practice and helped them navigate unexpected situations in the classroom with greater ease. โถActivities
The project encompassed a series of coordinated activities designed to train educators, develop innovative teaching methodologies, and promote inclusive education through drama methods and digital tools. To ensure effective implementation, the Project Consortium conducted regular online working meetings, facilitating collaboration among partners and ensuring the smooth execution of project activities. One of the core elements was the Transnational Training Course, an intensive program where educators from participating countries explored the practical application of drama-based teaching methodologies. A key aspect of the project was its international knowledge exchange, achieved through six online workshops that brought together teachers from different countries to share insights, discuss challenges, and explore new educational practices. To adapt these methodologies to local contexts, the project also delivered three National Training Courses, focusing on how drama methods can enhance inclusion in various educational settings. Additionally, six localized online workshops provided teachers with focused skill development and discussions tailored to their specific classroom needs. To celebrate and disseminate project outcomes, the Online Festival of Educational Theatre and Drama showcased the creative work of educators and students, demonstrating the effectiveness of drama-based learning. In parallel, National Multiplier Events in each participating country introduced the projectโs tools and strategies to a wider audience, encouraging educators to adopt these innovative approaches. The culmination of the project was an International Conference, where findings were presented, and best practices were shared with educators, researchers, and policymakers. Finally, the project facilitated the presentation of good practices in schools, allowing educators to implement and demonstrate the impact of drama techniques in real classroom settings, further validating the effectiveness of the approach.
