Objectives

The I.D.E.A. project aimed to enhance the competitiveness and digital internationalization of SMEs in Slovenia, Poland, Italy, Spain, and Greece by achieving the following objectives: 1. To increase skills: Improve digital and international business management skills for 80 SME workers to support sustainable business planning. 2. To train the trainers: Align 16 trainers and consultants through international mobilities, teaching them to guide SMEs in digital transformation using transformational team coaching methodologies. 3. To develop innovative training: Develop a European blended training program tailored to the needs of workers and companies, enhancing their global economy opportunities. 4. To pilot training: Implement a training course for at least 80 SME workers, utilizing Educational TV, OERs, face-to-face sessions, and company check-ups to collect data and guide strategic planning. a. Long-term goals: Foster VET innovation, reduce skill gaps, and boost SME competitiveness and worker success by aligning training with business needs. b. Medium-term goals: Establish a robust, integrated network of training and business partners to influence policy-making and maximize training efficacy across Europe.
