Objectives

With this international partnership, the cooperation of schools and the support of NGOs we worked for the steps to be taken to reduce the side effects of the pandemic by involving young people and educators in physical mental and social activities and finding rational and long-lasting solutions to problems that they encountered. Both working and exchanging ideas we aimed to develop personally, academically, professionally and mentally from this project all the stakeholders. We wanted to increase the learning motivation of all students regardless of their origin, differences and educational difficulties. With teaching and training activities we aimed to learn new teaching approaches used in different European Educational systems, develop new skills and share ideas. To inspire educators and refresh their thinking getting over burnout syndrome and increase their level of awareness with cooperationBy Taking part in this Erasmus + Project wanted to be increase schools' and NGO's visibility, reputation and their international standing.This partnership aimed to ensure the development of the language skills of all participants because a common language used during the project.

Activities

After the project had been founded an online Kick-off meeting was held to increase and strengthen the collaboration and comprehension partnerships among the participants. The first Transnational meeting was held in Türkiye an agreement was signed between the coordinator and the partners and the steps of the project and responsibilities of the partners was clarified.’Midfulness and Yoga’ staff training in Italy, ‘Healing Power of Music’ in Romania and‘Sport and Health to Heal Together’ short term student excahange in Türkiye three LTT meatings were held during the project considering the priorities and the objectives of Heal Together. Moreover, before each LTT, online meetings were held. The last transnational meeting was held in Bulgaria to prepare the final product and evaluate the project. To increase the visibility of the project local and international meetings and dissemination events have been carried out during the project.The final product of the project was a booklet covering new methods and strategies to reduce the effects of the pandemic.

Impact

By Cooperating with transnational projects, all participants developed academically, personally, professionally and mentally both by working and exchanging ideas. Regardless of their origin, cultural differences, educational difficulties, health matters, social barriers, the learning motivation of learners increased gradually. Through mindfulness and yoga training, healing power sports and music, participants learned the methods of dealing with stress, their quality of life, self-confidence and motivation increased, and they gained a lifelong practice in their school and social lives. Thus, young people started to become more active, social, their academic success started to increase, took up a hobby and early school leaving has been reduced by making them feel a part of school. With this project, the language skills of all participants have developed. Educators had the opportunity to observe new learning-teaching approaches used in different European Education systems, besides the behavioral attitudes of adolescents of other countries, refresh their thoughts by getting inspiration from their colleagues and overcome burnout syndrome.. A booklet including the details and summary of Heal Together was prepared as a final product
