Objectives

we wanted to teach and experience our students new perspectives in food and beverage departments. fusionand innovation is a new idea and people always want to experience new things with this project we wanted to teach our students new cuisines and encourage them create new menus and new tastes by integrating their own cuisines. We also wanted to raise awareness about different cuisines and fusion and innovation of foods for the Vet teachers in the participating organizations.
