The main purpose of the DAS Project is to develop a free toolkit that will provide guidance for women who have lost their jobs due to COVID-19 and want to focus on entrepreneurial activities to gain economic freedom. This toolkit included consortium members' best practices and knowledge on reskilling and upskilling to unlock the potential of employees. Regarding jobs created, because of current socioeconomic changes around the world, it has also helped them adapt to labor market needs by reskilling and reskilling with increasing demand and skills becoming more resilient.
