The ultimate goal in the project implementation phase is to create a training module prepared with the support of experts in the field of digital transformation, and thanks to this module, NGO employees receive digital transformation training and channel their work in this direction. On the other hand, as a result of the adaptation of NGOs and youth workers to digital transformation, it is aimed to accelerate the works carried out in the civil field and to create more qualified works with the time created in this way. Dissemination of good practices among NGOs and facilitating networking of organizations operating on common issues through digitalization are among the other objectives of the project.
