We aimed to achieve several key objectives. Firstly, we wanted to enhance teacher competencies by equipping educators with the necessary skills to effectively integrate technology into their teaching practices. This involved training them to use digital tools to create engaging and effective learning environments. Secondly, we aimed to promote active learning by shifting from traditional lecture-based methods to Technology-Based Active Learning (TBAL) approaches. This would foster interactive, student-centered environments that encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and collaboration. Additionally, we sought to develop practical educational resources, including the 'Tech to Teach Guide Book for Teachers' and the TBAL modules and activity book, which could be easily implemented across various educational contexts. We also valued fostering international collaboration by bringing together educators and experts from different countries to exchange ideas and best practices. Ultimately, our goal was to build resilient educational systems that can adapt to future disruptions, ensuring continuous learning whether in-person or online, and to improve student engagement and outcomes by making education more dynamic and participatory.

In the 'Tech to Teach' project, we implemented several key activities designed to enhance teacher competencies, promote active learning, and integrate technology into educational practices. After the training of trainers' mobility activity, partners conducted a series of training workshops and seminars focused on Technology-Based Active Learning (TBAL), providing teachers with hands-on training in using digital tools and designing interactive lessons. We developed a comprehensive 'Tech to Teach Guide Book for Teachers' and created detailed TBAL modules and an activity book, offering practical, adaptable resources for teachers across diverse educational contexts. Five Learning, Teaching, and Training (LTT) activities were organized, facilitating collaboration and experience-sharing among educators. These activities were crucial in helping teachers implement TBAL strategies effectively in their classrooms. Regular evaluation and feedback sessions were held to continuously refine the training programs and resources, ensuring they met the evolving needs of educators and students alike. To assess the impact of our training activities, we applied pre- and post-questionnaires to partner schools. This data collection helped us measure improvements in teacher competencies and student engagement, providing valuable insights into the effectiveness of our interventions. Field visits and collaborative meetings were arranged, offering participants practical insights into real-world applications of TBAL. These visits allowed educators to observe best practices and gather ideas that could be adapted to their own teaching environments. The Final Transnational Project Meeting (TPM3) was held to evaluate the project's overall progress, ensuring all objectives were met. This meeting brought together project coordinators, representatives from partner institutions, and experts to summarize achievements, discuss lessons learned, and develop recommendations for future initiatives. Additionally, we organized an e-conference that brought together educators, experts, and stakeholders from various countries. This virtual event facilitated the exchange of innovative ideas and best practices on integrating technology in education. Participants shared their experiences with implementing TBAL, discussed challenges and solutions, and explored future opportunities for collaboration. The project also maintained an eTwinning page, which served as a platform for sharing resources, updates, and outcomes with a broader educational community. This page helped in disseminating information and fostering collaboration among educators beyond the project's immediate participants. Furthermore, we established a dedicated project website and social media accounts to enhance communication and outreach. Through these platforms, we regularly posted updates, shared resources, and engaged with a wider audience. Via the website, we also sent newsletters to subscribed members, keeping them informed about the project's progress, upcoming events, and key outcomes. Some partners participated online due to logistical reasons, ensuring continuous collaboration and inclusivity. These activities were crucial in achieving the project's objectives, enhancing teacher skills, promoting active learning, developing practical resources, fostering international collaboration, and building resilient educational systems. Overall, the 'Tech to Teach' project laid a strong foundation for ongoing improvements in educational practices, setting the stage for a more dynamic, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for all students.

The Tech To Teach project has produced several significant and concrete outputs that align with our objectives and address the identified needs. Among the primary outputs are the Tech To Teach Guide Book for Teachers and the Technology-Based Active Learning (TBAL) Modules and Activity Book. The comprehensive guidebook provides educators with practical strategies for integrating technology into their teaching, including theoretical frameworks, models for technology usage in education, active learning methods, and innovative assessment techniques. It is available bilingually and as an open-source resource on our project website. The TBAL modules and accompanying activity book offer a variety of technology-enhanced lesson plans and activities designed to foster active learning environments and improve student engagement through digital tools. Alongside these main outputs, several activities were carried out to support and disseminate the project's results. After the initial Training of Trainers mobility activity, partners conducted a series of training workshops and seminars focused on TBAL, providing teachers with hands-on training in using digital tools and designing interactive lessons. The project also established an eTwinning page to facilitate collaboration among educators and created a website and social media accounts to disseminate project updates, resources, and newsletters. Pre and post-intervention questionnaires were applied to schools in partner countries to measure the impact of our interventions, revealing significant improvements in students' and teachers' attitudes towards technology. The project fostered international collaboration among teachers and experts from various countries, enhancing cultural awareness and promoting the exchange of best practices in educational technology. To ensure the sustainability of the project results, a dissemination plan was implemented, including webinars, seminars, and continuous updates to our online platforms. These outputs and activities demonstrate the project's success in enhancing digital literacy, fostering active learning, and building a supportive community of educators equipped to navigate the digital era.
