▶Objectives
During and at the end of the project, two types of outcomes were achieved. A. Tangible Outcomes: O1- Medical and Aromatic Plants Raw Material Production Training Program O2- Medical and Aromatic Plants Raw Material Production Virtual Laboratory O3- Medical and Aromatic Plants Raw Material Production E-Learning Platform O4- Medical and Aromatic Plants Raw Material Production Smart Greenhouse Application O5- Medical and Aromatic Plants Raw Material Production E-Guid These outputs have enabled us to achieve abstract outcomes such as the knowledge, skills, and competencies expected to change through the project. B. Abstract Outcomes: The project primarily impacted the quality of vocational education. The digital agriculture knowledge, skills, and competencies of the young people in our target group have been enhanced. Their professional knowledge and skills have developed, and they have gained opportunities that facilitate employment and strengthen their entrepreneurial capacities. ▶Activities
We implemented the following activities in our project respectively 1. Signed agreement with the National Agency With the project grant agreement, project accounts are opened and project activities are started. Partnership agreements are made with partners. The first 40% budgets are sent to the accounts of the project partners. 2. Pproject preparation and dissemination activities Logo, Poster, Brochure, Canvas, Roll-up, Swallowtail Flag Designs were made with the project partners and announced on the official accounts of the institution. Gmail and Google Drive accounts are opened. 3. Publised the website The domain name and hosting, which is going to include the project website e-learning platform, are completed. Design and content are discussed with project partners. 4. Opened social media accounts, producing and updating content Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook accounts are opened. Dissemination activities are started. 5. Project Opening Meeting Each project partner helds a project opening meeting in their country. Local and sector representatives and shareholders are invited. Intellectual Output Activities After the 1. TPM all partners researchers, technicians and young people who are worked on intellectual outputs are assigned and studies were carried out. 8. Youth Agricultural Employment Report A report study consisting of current situation analysis, legal legislation, state of the countries, measures to be taken and recommendations was made. 9. Monitoring and evaluating project activities, budget, quality, time management Throughout the project, the project coordinator, legal representatives, contact persons were constantly monitored and evaluated. 11. Interim report The interim report, to which mobility tools filled completed and submitted to the national agency. 12. Training Programme for Raw Material Production from Medicinal and Aromatic Plants and e-Guide 13. Medical and Aromatic Plants Raw Material Production Virtual Laboratory Virtual Laboratory software, which is one of our project results, is developed. It is made available and the project partners apply it to young people in vocational high schools locally. 14. Raw Material Production from Medical and Aromatic Plants E-learning platform published 15. Medical and Aromatic Plants Smart Greenhouse Application The Smart Greenhouse application, which is one of our intellectual outputs, is developed. 16. Raw Materials from Medical and Aromatic Plants International Congress The project closed with an international Congress in Turkey. Project results shared and disseminated with all shareholders. 17. We Participated in International Cosmetics Fairs with Our Project. We presented our project as a report 18. We introduced our project to the Cosmetics Sector by opening a stand at the International Cosmetics Congress. 19. We prepared and published a scientific article containing the results of our project. 20. We introduced our project to the Cosmetics Sector with the Singing for Cosmetics project. 21. We had our project reported in the Cosmetics Magazine. 22.All activities of our project were reported in the national and local press. 23. We organized a Cosmetics Fair in addition to our International Medicinal and Aortic Plants Congress. 24. We organized trainings, workshops 25. Project Closing 26. Final Report The final report of the project is completed with the contributions of the project partners. It is submitted to the national agency. 27. Sustainability The results and outputs obtained in the project are used and applied after the end of the project.
▶Impact
Tangible Outcomes: 1. O1 - Medical and Aromatic Plants Raw Material Production Training Program: This program was developed to provide structured training on the sustainable production of medicinal and aromatic plants. 2. O2 - Medical and Aromatic Plants Raw Material Production Virtual Laboratory: A virtual laboratory was created, allowing participants to engage in hands-on learning about raw material production processes. 3. O3 - Medical and Aromatic Plants Raw Material Production E-Learning Platform: This platform offered access to all intellectual outputs, project results, and training content, focusing on high-value product processes in agriculture. 4. O4 - Medical and Aromatic Plants Raw Material Production Smart Greenhouse Application: This innovative application incorporated smart technologies such as temperature and moisture sensors to optimize plant growth and ensure sustainability. 5. O5 - Medical and Aromatic Plants Raw Material Production E-Guide: An E-Guide was developed to support the application of the training program and virtual laboratory, offering practical knowledge on raw material production. Abstract Outcomes: - The project improved the quality of vocational education by enhancing the digital agriculture knowledge, skills, and competencies of the young people involved. - Participants' professional skills were developed, increasing their employability and strengthening their entrepreneurial capabilities. - Broader impacts include the promotion of greener agricultural practices, increased product diversity, improved employment rates in agriculture, and the prevention of youth migration to urban areas. These outcomes contributed significantly to the project’s aim of fostering sustainable agricultural practices and boosting employment in the sector
