General Goals: Determining the Standards of International Youth Workers: To ensure that the quality and impact of international youth projects increase by creating a common standard and language for youth workers from different countries. Contributing to the Quality of International Youth Workers: Through our training program, to improve the skills of youth workers, increase their knowledge and provide them with the skills to manage international youth projects. Promoting Cooperation Between Youth Organizations from Different Countries: By bringing together youth organizations from different countries such as the Netherlands, Jordan, Romania, Lithuania, Portugal and Spain, to promote the exchange of knowledge and experience and to come up with new ideas for the development of international youth projects. Project Management and Leadership Skills: Having the necessary skills to plan, organize, execute and evaluate international youth projects, motivate and manage teams. Participant Orientation and Supportive Attitude: Having an attitude that takes into account the needs and interests of the participants, supports and encourages them.
