Objectives

We committed ourselves to the complete realization of a high-impact project, working closely with our counterparts from other structures, in a cooperative approach and inclusion of a vulnerable public. Our main objectives were: - Facilitate the strengthening of skills of small and/or less experienced fablabs that are dedicated to supporting a vulnerable public. We also had the mission of providing essential educational tools to combat the digital divide. To achieve these goals, we relied on the lessons learned from our two previous Erasmus+ projects, namely Numerika2neet and Markers+. - Integrate aspects of eco-design and citizenship to encourage responsible and committed practices. - Strengthen links between partners by promoting fruitful exchanges and collaboration. This relational dimension was crucial for the success of the project and for the mutual enrichment of all participants. In summary, we aimed to create a socially engaged project that promotes collaboration between fablabs of different sizes and levels of experience, while highlighting values of responsibility and citizenship.

Activities

We carried out several activities during this project. First of all, we established fruitful exchanges with our partners, thus allowing us to share our mutual knowledge and experiences. Then, we organized exciting cultural activities that allowed us to discover the regions of origin of our partners. These events not only enriched our mutual understanding but also strengthened our ties. A central aspect of our work was the design and creation of an innovative cooperative board game. This game was designed in such a way as to skillfully integrate the use of machines, the dimension of projects, the contribution of fablabs' members, as well as the essential values that characterize the spirit of fablabs. We also devoted time to in-depth testing sessions of the game, soliciting feedback to continuously improve it. This approach oriented towards continuous improvement allowed us to create a product of high quality. Finally, we made efforts to disseminate our educational tool to various insertion and training structures, as well as to all fablabs, using various communication channels.

Impact

Our project has led to concrete achievements that testify to our collective commitment and common aspirations: First of all, we succeeded in finalizing an exceptional cooperative board game, designed to serve as a valuable educational tool. This game, the result of close collaboration between all partners, was developed by creating a common trunk that represents our joint effort. Then, each partner brought their personal touch by developing an extension based on their area of expertise, thus enriching the game with varied and complementary perspectives. In parallel, our work has also led to a deeper mutual understanding between fablabs partners. Our collaboration was an opportunity for our partners to acquire new skills, strengthen their knowledge and improve their practices. This now allows them to develop their structures with greater quality and diversity of actions towards their target audience. Finally, one of the most significant achievements was the increased awareness of eco-design and citizenship. Our project contributed to raising awareness about the importance of responsible practices.
