Objectives

Our main objectives were: - to catalyse change in labour market participation and reduce unemployment of marginalised youth, the improvement of the individual's’ employability towards sustained economic growth in Bulgaria and Turkiye. - to prepare marginalised students on how to maintain positive physical and verbal image, how to improve their verbal and non-verbal communication, how to be answer difficult questions during job interviews, how to prepare in digital format their Europass CV & cover letter as well as which channels to use in terms of searching for a job. This led to greater independence, which give to them more chances for labour market inclusion. - to reach the sustainable development goals in reducing poverty and exclusion via acquisition of job preparation skills and their further development, which enables students with fewer opportunities to cope with the career preparation in an understandable and captivating way. - to develop a customised pre-employment support toolkit according to the identified students' needs specifically addressing pre-employment preparation for these students with fewer opportunities at the last grades of their education. This was fully achieved via 1 year of career guidance programme.
