The GO project had 5 SMART objectives at the application stage: 1. To develop a one-stop shop presenting projects considered good practices in the area of career advising for disadvantaged groups. 2. To present practices and tools using different classifications to make it easy for career advisers to find the tools most applicable to them. 3. To develop awareness on the one-stop shop for career advisers and disadvantaged groups. This will be achieved through workshops in the countries of the consortium (career advisers), through a conference (career advisers & disadvantaged groups), and through dissemination and exploitation activities in other countries. 4.Through the use of the one-stop shop, to enhance the skills and knowledge of career advisers working with disadvantaged groups, which will lead to improved services provided by them. 5.To facilitate the inclusion of disadvantaged groups in the labour market and society through the provision of better career guidance services by advisers who will use the platform.

1.Identification of EU-funded Projects focusing on Career guidance and/or Career Guidance for Disadvantaged Groups, and Development of a Toolkit with Innovative Tools: Through this activity the consortium identified highly evaluated EU projects related to career advising together with the practices & tools developed. Reports on the projects and the best practices and tools have been composed. Erasmus results platform, EPALE as well as direct field research was used for this task. 2. Development of a Web Platform in the Form of a Web-based One-stop Shop: This functions as a digital library and a community hub for career advisers. To develop the platform the practices and tools were organized by relevant categories, making it easy for career advisers to locate resources for career advising. 3. Implementation of Awareness-Raising Workshops on the Use of the Web Platform: 6 national workshops have been organised to train career advisers and beneficiaries on utilizing the web platform effectively. 4. Implementation of a Transnational Conference to connect career advisers with disadvantaged groups and to promote the platform. 5. Small pilot testing of the platform to test user friendliness and quality of tools.

We define the results as deliverables and outputs DELIVERABLES: -A publication with best practice projects in career guidance. This is a 65 pages document presenting 29 best practice projects that have been selected based on criteria -A collection of 48 tools used in career advice (on an excel workbook). Some of these tools can be used by career guidance professionals with the final beneficiaries and some can be used directly by the final beneficiaries -A fully functional one-stop shop web platform. The aim is twofold: to present 29 identified projects and 49 tools. The tools can be classified in 2 different ways: 1)Tools by Target Group (career guidance professionals, final beneficiaries etc) 2)Tools for specific types of final beneficiaries (NEETs, migrants etc) -4 newsletters in the EN language -1 brochure, 1 poster and other promotional materials in EN, EL and IT OUTPUTS: -6 awareness-raising workshops for career guidance professionals and disadvantaged groups (4 for career advisers, 2 for disadvantaged groups; CY 2, IT 4). In total, 74 people participated in the workshops (39 career advisers, 35 members of disadvantaged groups; CY 34, IT 37). -4 career guidance pilot sessions -1 transnational conference
