Summary

The lack of knowledge, skills and information about the energy efficiency of buildings and its impact on climate change among the general public, public administration, implementation firms, planners and architects is a major factor that needs to be changed. The topics of sustainability and the influence of the energy efficiency of buildings are divided between several departments in both countries. For this reason, they manifest themselves more slowly. The target groups are supposed to gather in educational workshops in order to get the necessary information, but also the motivation to implement them. This motivation will be strengthened by a common online space and conference, where examples of good practice, presentations and focused discussions should contribute to the realization of theoretical knowledge in practical building construction. An open-based online system is currently the best tool for raising awareness for professionals and lay people alike. We expect a change in motivation and an expansion of the number of experts, which appears to be an achievable and realistic goal. Educational courses for the construction and reconstruction of passive houses are unique both in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Objectives

1. Through specific educational elements, to effectively and long-term raise the awareness of target groups - lay public, professional public, state administration (hereinafter referred to as CS) about the direction of the development of the construction industry, responding to climate change 2. Raise awareness of environmental protection and the benefits of implementing measures aimed at the carbon neutrality of the building sector 3. To meet the ever-increasing demand for high-quality and comprehensive information in a qualitative and comprehensive manner 4. To inform and increase the interest of sub-target groups in the issue of mitigation and application measures in connection with ongoing climate change and stimulates them to environmental engagement 5. Motivate and activate target groups to implement sustainable measures towards buildings, but also the environment and the cycle in general 6. Increase CS's awareness of the issue of buildings with a low carbon footprint, which will lead to the expansion of the construction of passive buildings and buildings with almost zero energy consumption, and their active energy balance, i.e. energy self-sufficiency 7. Motivate the expansion of a healthy way of life and also
