Motivation to study and the subsequent possibility of further education and work in EU countries. Get to know a different education system, compare social and cultural differences, and experience all this in a real situation. To establish cooperation, for pupils - to establish relationships, friendships, share knowledge with each other, compare, work together on just one project. Using knowledge of a foreign language in a practical way, trying to communicate with classmates from another country is the biggest motivation to study.

During the entire school year, we worked together on an eTwinning project: We plant trees. The first step was getting to know the book - The Man Who Planted Trees. We read the book in English. This was followed by joint tasks through the eTwinning environment, where the students got to know each other, introduced themselves, and communicated about topics - hobbies, free time, school, but also tasks related to the environment, the content of the book. At a joint meeting at a partner school, pupils attended classes in specific subjects - English, natural history, physical and military education, and work activities. They got to know the culture of the partner country, learned their dances, got to know typical foods and customs. Everything was in a playful form.

In a pleasant way, the pupils memorized a large amount of information about the partner country, cultural customs, geographical distribution, and education. They established new friendships and, above all, made sure of their knowledge of the English language. They realized that they could use their skills in practical life. Their self-confidence and motivation to further study were strengthened.
