The aim of the project is: (i) to support a minimum of 500 people in the target group throughout the EU, to draw the attention of the lay and professional world to the topic of puppet therapy and to create a European product that will be exceptional on a global level. We have a great partner and a team that is capable of achieving a high level of quality. Puppet therapy is currently taught and applied at the individual level. We are able to bring not only a team perspective on the therapy as such, but we also give it depth from other perspectives such as historical, cultural, economic but also technical, experiential and marketing insights. With this project we have succeeded in starting the above and we will further develop the methodology together over the next years in the directions of research and specialized applications for puppet therapy and we will link these applications with other therapeutic methods as well.. (ii) increase the website traffic of the participating organisations by 20% iii) create four 120-minute online courses iv) to qualitatively, organisationally and managerially raise the level of the organisation of the applicant and our German partner

The project contains 3 key activities.The people involved in KA are all experts in their fields. KA1 Creation of a communication platform: the platform is a space where they will be able to exchange their knowledge and experience and especially to discuss innovative approaches in trauma therapy with a puppet; it will also be a place where we will place the created online courses and the participants of the platform will be able to watch them (even repeatedly) KA2 Online courses targeting puppet trauma therapy - creation of 4 audio courses in CS, ENG and GER language: (i) introduction of puppet trauma therapy, benefits and comparison with classical puppet therapy ii) explanation and practical demonstration of how to dissociate the client's trauma into a puppet and how to start the client's communication with the puppet iii) explanation of the origins of dissociation - biographical, imprints of the family system, transpersonal transference iv) integration of dissociated parts KA3 Project management and evaluation: setting up the team, defining competencies, role substitution, regular meetings, KA evaluation and data archiving, effective financial management, creating a methodology ( implementation as offline and online meetin

1) For the creation of the educational platform, we decided to implement the open educational solution Moodle, which is used by over 150 thousand educational organizations worldwide. The implementation was predictable and with no problem. More energy we invested in learning how to work with it, setting it up and adapting it for our goals. Overall, it proved to be a significant advantage for creating a modern form of education- a combination of online and offline learning 2) Together with the team of developers of the methodology, we built a test group of therapists and clients, with whom we tested the resulting materials during 10 weekend meetings. The work resulted in the content and form of the courses and especially the scripts for the training videos. The concrete output is 4 courses implemented on an educational platform 3) For educational purposes, 3 puppets were created, of which one in particular proved to be a tool for future development. With this puppet we managed to create a communication concept that largely erases the shame of adults taking a puppet as a communication tool 4) With the creators of the multimedia outputs we discussed the form of the scene, the methods and style of filming and the choice of protagonists
