The intention of the Dialogue in the Garden project was to deepen the abilities and skills of lecturers and mentors of the Garden of Life program and thus increase the quality of their work with youth. The project was focused on the practical transfer of the know-how of the partner, the Institute of Dialogic Praxis (IDP). Dialogic praxis is the sum of the approaches that aim to the development of partnership, cooperation, open communication and respect for differences. The project pursued the following specific goals: * Lecturers and mentors of the Garden of Life program acquire the principles and procedures of dialogic praxis and transfer them to work with program participants. * The application of the principles of dialogical praxis, together with the material output of the project, the Creative Diary and the Garden of Life guide, will lead to a deeper fulfillment of the objectives of the Garden of Life program. * We will present the methods of dialogic practice to a wider community of young leaders, existing or potential youth workers. * Partnership cooperation between Akáda and IDP will lay the foundations for further international cooperation.
