Objectives

The project aimed to combat stereotypes by challenging misconceptions about disabilities and shifting societal attitudes. It sought to showcase real-life achievements of disabled individuals to inspire others and foster their inclusion into society through creative arts and activities. Additionally, the project aimed to break internal biases and prejudices surrounding disability while promoting social cohesion through various creative mediums. Efforts were made to enhance accessibility by modifying environments to accommodate individuals with disabilities, while also equipping participants with new competencies for youth work and social inclusion. The project prioritized inclusivity by implementing universal design principles for broader accessibility and advocating for equality to combat discrimination against disabled individuals. The project aimed to develop resources for youth workers to promote social inclusion through art, gather real-life narratives of disabled people to highlight their accomplishments, organize performances and exhibitions to showcase their talents. It also established online platforms for widespread dissemination of project information and created a central hub for project resources, updates,and materials
