▶Summary
The project was initiated to develop networking by proactively addressing challenges faced by partners, such as late-stage misunderstandings and difficulties during projects implementation. The idea was to minimize risks and enhance collaboration through comprehensive communication within a context of this project. Partners sought to establish reliable partnerships, broaden networks, and increase capacities for designing and executing international youth exchanges. Additionally, the project targeted the the needs of improvement of project management quality, emphasizing an understanding of the needs of young people and the exchange of relevant practices. The overarching intention was to elevate partners' collaborative abilities, enabling them to efficiently organize international mobility activities for youth and youth workers and create new projects in new partnerships, thereby offering enhanced opportunities for the youth they engage with, including participation in mobility projects.
▶Objectives
The project aimed to unite representatives from various European organizations dedicated to non-formal citizenship education. The objective was to foster collaboration among organizations, encouraging them to explore new partnerships for future Erasmus+ Youth projects. The project successfully provided opportunities for participants to familiarize themselves with each other's work and collaboratively formulate innovative project ideas. Through this initiative, the project sought to establish and strengthen professional connections among participants, ultimately promoting partnerships for their respective organizations.
▶Activities
The project consistув of two main activities: - a Contact-making Encounter for the partner´s representatives, and - a Project Lab, where practical youth workers elaborated ideas for further international youth exchanges and international projects for youth workers.
▶Impact
The project achieved key milestones, emphasizing: Network Development: Strengthened partner connections across organizational levels, promoting mutual understanding. Reflective Exchange: Provided a dedicated space for youth workers, fostering self-awareness and exposure to diverse non-formal education methodologies. Project Teams and Conceptualization: Successfully formed teams comprising individuals from diverse backgrounds. Collaboratively, they developed robust ideas for future international youth exchanges, ensuring impactful implementation.
