Our objective in implementing the project was to achieve several key outcomes in line with our organisational goals and values. NETWORK EXPANSION AND INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATION: We aimed to expand collaborative networks of young art professionals in CCS through transnational collaboration, establishing connections with like-minded organisations and professionals across Europe. By initiating the project, we sought to foster exchanges of ideas and best practices among peers and culture professionals. One of our goals was to share knowledge and experiences gained through the project with young European art professionals, contributing to the growth and development of the CCS on a local and international scale. SKILL ENHANCEMENT: Implementing the project allowed us to enhance participants’ skills beyond formal education, focusing on project production, fundraising, marketing, and exhibition of creative projects. ADVOCACY AND AWARENESS: Through the project, we aimed to advocate for socio-economic awareness in the CCS, addressing challenges faced by young professionals and promoting solutions at international forums and platforms.

FORUM: The 9-day forum brought together 100 young art professionals, organisers, moderators, experts, and partners in Tallinn and Narva. Over the initial 5 days, participants engaged in Think Tank sessions, crafting 6 policy proposals, while the subsequent 4 days were dedicated to designing collaborative art group projects. The forum featured an extensive public programme. UNDERSTANDING THE CULTURAL SECTORS: Participants conducted research on topics relevant to Think Tank discussions, exploring the working conditions of young art professionals. Facilitated by a project team member and Rea, a series of 15 online workshops covered fundraising, communication, production, and exposition, facilitated by experts, partners, and contributing organisations. GROUP PROJECTS: Post-forum, participants initiated 20 collaborative art projects under nine collectives, three individuals, and the De Structura team. Projects included workshops, exhibitions, performances, panels, publications, and collaborations with partners. A podcast series on De Podcastura further explored project themes and the cultural sector.

The De Structura project yielded concrete outputs and results aimed at improving conditions for emerging art professionals in Europe and fostering collaboration within the cultural sector. The Advocacy Proposal Report: the report consolidated proposals from six Think Tank groups, addressing current challenges and future considerations in the cultural sector. It also included a research survey and a paper on the working conditions of young art professionals in Europe. The implementation of 20 group art projects: the collaboration between forum participants resulted in 20 diverse initiatives, documented in a detailed report with feedback and advice for emerging professionals. Both reports are publicly available, serving as valuable resources for the cultural sector. Nine workshops held in Estonia: the workshops facilitated skill development, creativity, and collaboration among young art professionals, contributing to the project's goals of networking and fostering collaboration within the cultural and creative sectors.
