▶Objectives
The objectives of the project were: - Covering the digital, language, business, intercultural, marketing and soft skills gap of VET trainees in rural areas through mobility and internship in Greece and abroad. - Cooperation of the partner institutions on vocational education & training on mobility and internships through the promotion of good practices and educational tools and methodologies of VET - Bridging the gap between education and labour market. - Developing additional skills on VET and fostering the training on mobility and internships of the partner organizations - Easier and more upgraded access for trainees to jobs relevant to their field of training and their links with providers of traineeship and mobility opportunities - Promoting high quality education and training programmes at local, national and international level.

The activities that took place were: - Partners initial meeting - Mapping and identification of the project's actions for traineeships and mobility of VET learners - Information and promotion of vocational education and training, mobility and traineeships - Mobility of trainees and trainers - Creation of a platform for searching traineeship and mobility opportunities - Final meeting to present the results of the project in Argos, Greece
▶Impact
The results of the project are as follows: - Development and improvement of digital, language, business, marketing skills and soft skills and internship and mobility prospects between VET learners and businesses. - Enhanced skills, knowledge and cooperation of VET trainers - Creating a network between VET providers and labour market representatives - Strengthening the vocational education and training programme in remote and/or rural areas to enhance traineeships and mobility at local, national, international level. - Meeting the needs of businesses with appropriately trained employees and contributing to their financial growth. - Developing a platform for searching internships and mobilities which acts as a bridge between employers/providers of traineeship and mobility opportunities and VET trainees, allowing the latter to enter the labour market - Important reports on the labour market requirements and skills of VET trainnees.
